Hold the test strip as shown and insert

it as far as possible. If the strip is correctly

inserted you will hear two beeps (if the

beeper option is enabled). The code

number of the test strip is displayed.

Remove a test strip from the container.

Always close the container again imme-

diately. The cap contains a drying agent

to protect the strips from humidity.

Open the measurement chamber flap.

Use a lancing device to pierce a finger

and obtain a hanging drop of blood.
